About the Opportunity
Instant Connections is looking to add an entry-level team member to its Management Development Programme. The organisation focuses on steady, people-led growth, with an emphasis on trust, clear expectations, and performance that is earned over time. This is a full-time opening for someone who wants to build a career in customer engagement, leadership, and business operations.
No prior management background is required. The key qualities are a positive attitude, consistency, and a genuine willingness to learn. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other face-to-face roles may help, but it is not mandatory. The role is designed as a growth pathway rather than a fixed position.
What You Will Do
You will gain hands-on exposure to the operational and people-focused side of campaign work, learning how performance is created and guided in real settings.
- Assist with the delivery of customer engagement and promotional campaigns
- Represent client brands in professional, trust-based conversations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person interaction
- Participate in structured training and coaching to speed up your development
- Contribute to team meetings and, as you progress, help with onboarding and mentoring
- Work toward defined performance targets and progression milestones
- Take on greater responsibility as your capability increases

Pay and Earning Structure
The annual on-target earnings are estimated at £36,000 to £45,000+, with uncapped earning potential. The role operates on a self-employed basis with commission-based pay, so income depends directly on performance and the value created. Everyone starts on the same footing, with the same training, expectations, and earning potential, regardless of background or previous industry experience.
Additional Information
Applicants need to be able to travel to Maidstone every day and must be ready to begin without delay. Applications are assessed continuously, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted promptly. This role is based on-site in Maidstone, Kent. The preferred start date is immediate.
