Role overview
This position is designed for someone who enjoys a varied scope of work and can support a broad set of trade marketing and point-of-sale execution activities. As an Executive POSM, you will assist the Trade Marketing Manager for Visibility & Activations in putting sales plans into action and in enabling Ferrero category strategies at the retail touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end movement and availability of POS materials for all in-store execution activities.
- Prepare briefing packs for the sales team and conduct face-to-face briefings for major initiatives.
- Monitor whether the execution of important in-store activity guidelines is being followed correctly.
- Review campaign outcomes and share insights, recommendations, and next-step guidance for future activity planning.
- Handle visibility projects in key stores by defining the project scope from central trade marketing inputs, steering implementation, and assessing results.
- Support the coordination of new product listing activities.
- Study performance data gathered by sales teams across trade channels.
- Localize the central activity calendar so it fits customer and channel-specific needs.
Candidate profile
- A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales or trade marketing operations is required.
- Prior exposure to FMCG is preferred.
- Experience in handling the full workflow of in-store activities is important.
- Strong spoken and written English skills are needed.
