F&B Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an F&B Executive to supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations in Singapore. The role combines hands-on service, team guidance, outlet administration, and hygiene control to keep service standards high and the outlet running smoothly.

Food and Beverage Preparation & Service

• Supervise the preparation and serving of food, toast, and beverages while ensuring full alignment with company SOPs and health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Set the standard for service quality by delivering excellent customer interactions.
• Manage order taking efficiently through POS systems to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Coach team members to actively suggest menu items and current promotions to improve the guest experience and support sales growth.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and share recurring feedback with management to help improve operations.

Operational Management

• Oversee daily outlet activities such as cashiering, order handling, opening and closing routines, and stock counts.
• Work with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure business licences and mandatory posters are kept current and displayed as required.
• Compile end-of-day documentation, including sales reports and petty cash records.
• Carry out regular outlet checks, track performance and compliance, and serve as a contact point between HR and staff.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by building strong working relationships, supporting staff development, and helping improve retention.
• Address operational challenges quickly, including issues related to POS systems.
• Participate actively in meetings, contribute ideas, and help implement management-directed workflow improvements to support sales, profitability, and cost control.

Outlet Maintenance & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness across the outlet, including workstations, cups, and accessories.
• Coordinate minor maintenance requirements so service interruptions remain minimal and the outlet stays in good condition.
• Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
