Role Overview
The Floor Manager will oversee everyday front-of-house activity to keep service running efficiently and to maintain a consistently high guest experience. This full-time onsite position in Dubai calls for hands-on supervision of service teams, coordination of seating and table assignments, and active support throughout service. The role also includes resolving guest concerns, maintaining hospitality standards, and working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Duties
In this position, you will guide service staff, manage floor flow, and help uphold service etiquette and operational discipline. You will be expected to support the team during peak hours, monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, and step in to handle service-related issues quickly and professionally. The role also covers opening and closing routines, training and onboarding new team members, and contributing ideas that improve service quality over time.
