Role Summary
We are looking for a full-time Forklift Operator to work on-site in Sakākah. The position focuses on operating forklifts and similar material-handling equipment to shift goods safely between warehouse and yard areas. The job includes receiving shipments, checking them against records, moving items to storage, preparing outbound orders, and keeping the workspace tidy and orderly.
Key Duties
- Operate forklifts and related equipment carefully to load, unload, and move materials.
- Check incoming deliveries, confirm quantities, and route goods to the correct storage locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packing, labeling, and securing items for dispatch.
- Arrange stock in an organized manner and help maintain accurate inventory movement records.
- Keep the warehouse and surrounding work area clean, safe, and well managed.
- Carry out basic pre-use inspections and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Work with warehouse and shipping staff to support smooth daily operations.
- Follow all safety rules and operational procedures at all times.
Required Background and Abilities
- Solid forklift operation skills with a clear focus on safe handling and basic equipment checks.
- Hands-on experience moving, stacking, and arranging materials in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including document checks and stock verification.
- Capability to unload, pack, and prepare items for outgoing dispatch.
- Prior exposure to warehouse or logistics work, ideally in healthcare or an industrial environment.
- Ability to understand and follow both written and spoken instructions accurately.
- Good record-keeping habits and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift or move materials safely during the shift.
- Willingness to work in shifts if needed and maintain strong safety and quality standards.
Working Environment
The role is based in Sakākah, Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia, and is fully on-site. The position supports a structured operation where accuracy, compliance, and safe material flow are important every day.
