Program overview

This role is designed for new graduates and early-career candidates who want to begin their careers abroad rather than step straight into a typical office job. The opportunity places you in China teaching English, with a focus on practical experience, travel, and transferable skill-building. Prior classroom experience is not required, as the employer provides training, visa support, and structured development.

What you will do

• Work with children and teens aged 3 to 16, creating engaging and interactive English lessons.
• Use the company’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to deliver energetic classroom sessions.
• Give students clear feedback that supports confidence and progress in English.
• Participate in school activities, cultural events, and student engagement initiatives.

Accommodation and visa notes

The hotel stay provided for the first two weeks is treated as sponsorship once the first-year contract is successfully completed. Visa expenses for the sponsored legal Z work visa are reimbursed.

Who should apply

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, have a valid passport, and show a real interest in education, travel, and cross-cultural exchange. An ESL qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is beneficial, and the employer may sponsor this. A clean background check is also required.
