About the Role
EzoBord, an international maker of sustainable acoustic solutions for commercial interiors across North America and other markets, is hiring a Graphic Designer / Editor for its Mississauga location near Pearson Airport (L4V1S4). This is a full-time, on-site role running Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The position sits within a collaborative environment and supports marketing, product development, and creative functions. The successful candidate will help produce clear, polished, and brand-aligned visual communications across print, digital, social, and presentation formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brochures, catalogs, cut sheets, spec sheets, price guides, presentations, and other print or digital marketing assets.
- Create visual content for social media, websites, email marketing, advertising, posters, and promotional campaigns.
- Revise and keep existing design files current so they remain accurate and aligned with project needs.
- Build engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of the EzoBord visual identity in partnership with the marketing team.
- Work with marketing, sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure design output supports product direction and business goals.
- Partner with senior designers and other creative contributors to shape concepts and campaign ideas.
- Assist with image editing, retouching, and other creative production tasks for marketing and social channels.
- Export final artwork and production-ready files suitable for both print and digital use.
- Maintain strong standards for layout, typography, spelling, grammar, and overall visual quality.
- Keep all deliverables consistent with brand standards across channels and customer touchpoints.
- Participate in idea-generation sessions and contribute original creative concepts.
- Stay informed about design trends, tools, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Review competitor materials and industry references to identify opportunities and maintain relevance in the market.
- Handle several projects at once while meeting timelines and producing high-quality work.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines in all design work.
- Take on other assigned tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience in Canada is required.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A portfolio that shows high-quality work across both print and digital design.
- Proven ability to create effective presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including editing, grammar, spelling, and presentation skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Capacity to balance multiple priorities at the same time.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Collaborative mindset with solid communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, architecture, interiors, construction, or related design fields is an advantage.
- Experience using AI-based creative tools in a professional workflow is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is useful.
- Experience in international or multilingual settings is an asset.
- Interest in sustainable design, architecture, and innovative building materials is preferred.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, about 5 minutes from Pearson Airport (L4V1S4).
This role is strictly on-site.
