Since launching in June 2022, the platform has already grown to more than 23,000 registered buyers and over 2,000 breeders. The team is still early in the journey, which means this role comes with real ownership, meaningful impact, and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven product from an important stage of growth.
What you’ll do
Your primary focus will be to grow the number of matches and interactions between breeders or shelters and pet parents.
- Drive more buyers and increase app visits through paid search, organic search, and social channels.
- Run and improve campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other growth tools, while using platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strengthen the full conversion journey by improving key performance metrics such as conversions, click-through rate, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Use AI tools and assistants to automate routine work and improve daily marketing execution.
- Stay close to both customers and partners, including support-related work and partner communication updates.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership from day one and is comfortable working with a high degree of independence. You should be able to think strategically while also executing hands-on growth work.
- Strong fluency in German at C2 level, along with English.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools for marketing tasks and workflows.
- Good fit for someone who values autonomy, accountability, and responsibility from the start.
- At least 2 years of practical experience running and improving performance, content, or lifecycle campaigns, ideally in a startup environment or on personal projects.
- Helpful advantage: experience with dogs or a strong understanding of them.
