Role overview
In this HR Operations Coordinator position, you will support a broad range of human resources activities across Inspire Brands’ Operations and Support Centers. The role is centered on keeping HR processes consistent, compliant, and well-documented while assisting with talent-related workflows and a variety of administrative duties. You will build working knowledge in areas such as background screening, I-9 verification, and data accuracy.
HR support and employee service
You will serve as a first point of contact for team members and field managers, offering practical HR help through phone calls and written requests. This includes responding to questions and resolving issues related to employee relations, HR system access, E-Verify/I-9 compliance, paid time off, background checks, and learning management systems.
Operational and case management duties
The role also involves supporting different HR teams with administrative work and maintaining the enterprise employee case management system. You will track critical system issues, escalate items when needed, and make sure cases are handled and closed within service-level expectations.
Compliance and administrative processing
Additional responsibilities include assisting with employment-related subpoenas and security clearance responses, supporting compliance for files of former employees and current managers, and handling unemployment claims, appeals, and hearings. You will also act as a backup for onboarding activities in the Support Centers and contribute to special projects and general administrative tasks as required.

Education and experience
A two-year associate or technical degree in Human Resources, or an equivalent mix of training and experience, is preferred. Prior hands-on use of HR systems is also expected.
Skills and abilities
The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, solve basic problems effectively, and manage time well. Strong customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, confidentiality, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot processes are important for success in this role.
