Role overview
Alphaeus Pte Ltd is hiring an IT Identity Administrator based in Singapore. The role focuses on managing user identities and access-related tasks for operating systems and business applications in line with approved requests and workplace security requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, remove, reset, or suspend user IDs for operating systems such as Windows and Linux, as well as for applications, strictly according to approved change requests.
- Maintain high-quality output to reduce repeat work and avoid client complaints.
- Follow the security procedures enforced at customer sites.
- Distribute PIN mailers and respond to queries from institution users by phone or email.
- Handle labelling work, carry out ID revalidation, and fix any identified deviations promptly.
- Complete Privileges Authorization Revalidation and address any exceptions within the required timeline.
- Escalate issues to the relevant support teams without delay when needed.
- Take on duties assigned by the line manager and remain reachable at all times.
Requirements
- A minimum of NITEC qualification in any discipline is required.
- Some familiarity with Active Directory and Identity & Access Management (IAM) is expected.
- You should understand core IT security and access control concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities are important for this role.
- Applicants should be comfortable working in a healthcare setting.
