Overview
An established Adelaide design studio is looking for an Interior Designer to join its expanding team in a full-time permanent position. The role sits within a collaborative, design-led environment where innovation is encouraged and professional growth is actively supported. Projects span residential, commercial, workplace, hospitality, education, and mixed-use sectors.

You will contribute to a varied portfolio of interior design work and collaborate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and broader project teams to help deliver high-quality interior spaces.

Core Responsibilities
- Create early-stage concepts, space plans, and practical design solutions
- Produce documentation, schedules, and drawing sets in Revit
- Choose materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures suited to each project
- Liaise with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to keep work aligned
- Take part in client meetings and assist with design presentations
- Ensure designs meet applicable Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Support projects from initial concept through construction and final delivery
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a creative and technically strong Interior Designer who enjoys working collaboratively and is confident delivering thoughtful, well-resolved design outcomes.
- Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Between 3 and 6 years of local Australian experience
- Advanced skills using Revit
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and design quality
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, team-oriented working style
