Role Overview

Prime Natuna EP is looking for a Junior Analyst who is detail-driven, eager to learn, and able to contribute to day-to-day business operations through research, data interpretation, reporting, and practical insights. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, verify, and examine information from multiple sources.
• Build reports, dashboards, presentations, and business summaries.
• Spot patterns, trends, irregularities, and opportunities in datasets.
• Assist with market research, business analysis, and performance reviews.
• Track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning, and decision-support activities.
• Keep databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools updated and organized.
• Perform data accuracy and consistency checks.
• Work with internal stakeholders to collect requirements and provide analytical assistance.
• Record methods, workflows, and analytical outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline is preferred. Prior internship exposure, academic research, project work, or other analytical experience will be considered an advantage.

Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or comparable analytical tools is a plus. Background in reporting, business intelligence, or performance analysis is also beneficial, along with familiarity with data visualization and basic statistical concepts.
