Junior Designer

Role overview

We are looking for a motivated and imaginative designer to join the design and marketing function in New York City. The position is centered on strengthening sales and marketing initiatives through strong storytelling, presentation design, and support for Flowcode product development. It combines creative execution with analytical thinking in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where fresh ideas are encouraged.

What you will work on

• Build customized sales and go-to-market assets such as pitch decks, landing pages, product demo environments, and visual mockups.
• Create polished visuals informed by data to help outbound sales and partner presentations land more effectively.
• Develop foundational collateral, one-pagers, and onboarding materials that help customers understand the product and stay informed.
• Work closely with Product and Sales teams to create assets for new pitches, feature launches, and product updates.
• Turn detailed product capabilities and use cases into clear, consistent, brand-aligned visuals across channels.
• Act as a connector across teams so messaging and design stay aligned internally.

Work setup and culture

This is an on-site part-time role based in Soho, with an expectation of being in the office two days per week.

The role offers support from a dedicated manager and a small design team focused on growth and development.

The office environment includes Pizza Fridays, Bagel Wednesdays, unlimited snacks, and a friendly, collaborative culture.

The work is hands-on, and your ideas will have a direct impact on projects and outcomes.

Compensation and schedule

• Hourly pay: USD 30 per hour.
• Expected working time: 25 to 30 hours each week.
• Preferred in-office attendance: 2 days per week.

The ideal candidate communicates visually with confidence, can simplify complex ideas through design, and is capable of managing several priorities while meeting deadlines. A data-aware mindset is important, along with the ability to use data to support storytelling. Interest in design, technology, and user experience is essential. A background in design, marketing, digital media, or a related field is preferred, and prior marketing experience would be an advantage.

Tools and design experience

Experience with Google Slides and Figma is required. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus. Comfort using Excel or other data visualization tools would also be beneficial.
