Role overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Retoucher with strong attention to detail to join an internal Studio team. This position is an excellent chance to develop your skills in a busy creative setting while improving product imagery for ecommerce channels, social media, and concession partners.

Working under the Retouch Manager, you will contribute to the wider retouching team by producing accurate, polished visuals that reflect the brand’s look and standards. Your work will include image adjustments, colour correction, and preparing digital assets so they remain consistent, brand-aligned, and launch-ready.

This is a fixed-term role running until 31 January 2027.

Responsibilities

Assist the retouching team in enhancing ecommerce imagery for both model shots and still-life photography.
Make sure product visuals are colour-accurate against samples and follow brand and styling guidelines.
Complete image edits and requests from the Studio and wider business efficiently and within deadlines.
Prepare and supply image files for product launches, social content, and concession partners.
Help with image locating and organising digital assets to support smooth workflows.
Keep a consistently high standard of image quality, precision, and visual consistency throughout the retouching process.

Requirements

Some practical experience in retouching, ideally gained in a studio, fashion, or ecommerce environment.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Mac OS.
Interest in colour correction, image enhancement, and preparing digital assets.
Strong eye for detail, organisation, and visual accuracy.
Ability to manage several tasks and daily deadlines effectively.
Clear communicator who can follow direction and also work independently when needed.
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-moving studio environment.
Experience with Capture One and digital asset management tools would be an advantage.

Contract details
