The company develops software solutions for fast-growing startups across the United States and Europe, and this role is designed for people who want to contribute to real products from the outset.

This opportunity is especially suitable for recent graduates and candidates expected to graduate in Summer 2026 who are eager to start building hands-on experience with international clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation is in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on skills and prior experience.

Work Setup

This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in the United States. The role is structured as a W-2 employment arrangement.

What the Role Involves

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will work on software for startup clients and collaborate with teams across regions. The environment is fast-moving and agile, with an emphasis on learning, communication, and shipping quality work.

Core Technical Expectations

• Practical exposure to at least one modern web framework such as Django, Express.js, Spring Boot, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Working knowledge of one or more programming languages including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Ruby, C#, or PHP.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, REST APIs, MVC design, and ORM concepts.
• Basic familiarity with testing tools and engineering practices such as Jest and mocking.
• Comfort learning new tools, frameworks, and technologies quickly.
