Laundry Attendant

Job Overview

This role is for a motivated and energetic laundry professional who can support the hotel’s laundry operations and help deliver prompt, high-quality service to guests.

Key Duties

• Follow all hotel and laundry department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Work carefully and efficiently to achieve excellent output and consistent quality.
• Handle and maintain the flat iron properly.
• Feed food and beverage linen into the flat iron as required.
• Fold bed sheets and towels according to the hotel’s standards.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Stay fully aware of fire and safety procedures and follow them at all times.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

A vocational background in laundry operations is preferred, along with prior experience in a comparable hotel-based role. Strong English communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude are important.
