Key duties

- Build and manage a sales pipeline to support agreed revenue and growth objectives.
- Run client meetings, discovery discussions, and proposal responses.
- Advise customers on learning strategy and appropriate solution design.
- Partner with subject matter experts and internal teams to create tailored learning offerings.
- Track projects to help ensure they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the expected standard.
- Identify fresh business opportunities, including panel and framework opportunities.
- Represent Cognition Evolve in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Experience and capabilities
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in account management, consultancy, or another role involving direct client contact. A solid understanding of the learning, training, or professional development space is important, along with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong communication and presentation ability is essential, as is a consultative approach backed by problem-solving and analytical thinking. The role also calls for excellent organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a strong desire to grow client relationships and business results will be highly valued.
What’s on offer
The package includes a salary of AU$80,000 to AU$90,000, plus an incentive scheme. You will join an award-winning learning organisation, work alongside supportive colleagues across a global team, and contribute to a range of meaningful projects for high-profile, forward-thinking clients.
The organisation values agility, continuous improvement, ambition, and impact.
