Role Overview
Circles is looking for a Marketing Associate to help plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and brand presence. The role is highly hands-on and covers campaign coordination, content delivery, and tracking of results.
This position suits someone who is organized, proactive, and keen to develop in a fast-moving, data-led environment. It is a regional role with exposure to markets beyond Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and rolling out campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline channels.
- Help manage campaign briefs, schedules, assets, and internal coordination.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns aligned with product launches and business goals.
- Work closely with content and design teams to produce campaign materials such as emails, banners, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Make sure messaging and brand voice stay consistent across every customer touchpoint.
- Track campaign performance through analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or Amplitude.
- Support the preparation of post-campaign reports covering core metrics such as CTR, CAC, ROAS, and key learnings.
- Contribute to performance reviews and testing efforts to improve future campaign outcomes.
- Coordinate with product, growth, commercial, and customer service teams on promotional activities and go-to-market plans.
- Take part in campaign retrospectives to strengthen execution quality.
Experience and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or campaign support.
- Strong skills in project coordination and communication.
- Experience creating presentations with clear storytelling.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as CAC, funnel metrics, and CTR.
- Comfortable organizing deliverables and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on execution.
- Prior exposure to a tech company or digital-first consumer brand is a plus.
Preferred Tools and Capabilities
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Ability to make simple creative edits using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Figma without needing constant designer support.
- Use of AI tools or AI-powered creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly for content support, ideation, or efficiency.
