- Build and launch paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar digital channels.
- Manage programmatic media delivery and direct publisher activity, including RFPs, insertion orders, and vendor coordination.
- Take ownership of campaign setup, activation, ongoing optimization, and performance measurement across all channels.
- Work with creative, account, and external media partners to make sure campaign inputs and execution standards are aligned.
- Review performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, then apply data-backed improvements to lift results.
- Maintain vendor relationships while ensuring accurate reporting, actionable insights, and consistent campaign management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews that summarize results, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
- Track shifts in the digital media landscape and recommend new tactics, tools, and tests when relevant.
- Help improve internal processes and contribute ideas that enhance media planning and execution workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in media planning and/or digital media buying.
- Hands-on experience with platforms and tools such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Manager 360, DV360/DCM, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Working knowledge of analytics and business intelligence tools, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, paid social, and performance marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Clear written, spoken, and presentation communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and reporting quality.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, high-pace environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to problem-solve while keeping up with new trends.
