Role Overview
The Paid Social Specialist will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth through paid social media marketing. This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable working directly in campaign execution, uses data to refine performance, and enjoys testing and continuous optimization to improve ROI.
You will partner with creative, influencer, analytics, and marketing teams to uncover growth opportunities, scale what works, and strengthen campaign outcomes over time.
This is a full-time salaried position. Omaha, Nebraska is the preferred location, but remote candidates may be considered, with preference for applicants based in the Omaha metro area or those open to relocating.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage paid social efforts across several platforms, assess results, and help guide strategy based on performance data. Your work will center on campaign execution, optimization, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Campaign Management and Optimization
- Oversee and improve paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Adjust budgets, bidding approaches, audience targeting, and campaign organization to improve results.
- Monitor core metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Make timely optimizations to support efficiency and growth.
Analysis and Reporting
- Review paid media performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and next-step actions.
- Work with tools including Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Milan’s Media Mix Model, and platform-native reporting systems.
- Convert complex performance information into clear insights for leadership and other stakeholders.
- Create reports that help shape campaign planning and business decisions.
Testing and Innovation
- Help build and execute testing plans for audiences, bids, creative formats, and campaign structures.
- Assess new platform features, automation options, and emerging ad opportunities.
- Record test outcomes and share learnings to support scalable improvements.
Creative and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with creative and influencer teams to ensure ad assets are planned, delivered, and launched correctly.
- Share performance-based input to guide creative direction and asset development.
- Coordinate with marketing, analytics, and growth teams so campaigns align with broader business goals.
- Turn campaign findings into practical recommendations that improve future performance.

Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of direct, hands-on paid social experience.
- Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Preference for candidates familiar with Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics.
- Lead generation campaign experience is considered an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable recommendations.
- Confidence presenting campaign performance, learnings, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
