The hiring school was founded in 2002 and is committed to delivering a high-quality international education. Its goal is to equip students with the academic, personal, and social skills needed to thrive in higher education and beyond. The school group operates six campuses across Abu Dhabi, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah. All campuses are AdvancED accredited, and three are authorized by the IBO to deliver the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). Secondary students may also study College Board Advanced Placement courses depending on demand.

Contract Details

• Contract length is 2 to 3 years.
• Working days are Monday through Friday.
• Monthly pay ranges from 12,500 AED to 21,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Flights are included.
• A furnished apartment is provided, with utilities covered up to 500 AED per month.
• Employees receive paid school breaks during winter and summer, along with paid public holidays.
• A work visa is supplied by the employer.
• Medical or insurance coverage is provided.
• Curriculum coordinators earn an extra 1,500 AED to 3,000 AED per month based on subject and curriculum specialization.
• IB training is available.

Candidate Profile

The role is intended for educators from native English-speaking countries. Primary teachers must hold a bachelor’s degree in Education. A teaching license is preferred. Applicants should have at least 2 years of post-graduate teaching experience in the subject or level they are applying for and must be able to share references that confirm that experience.
