Role Overview
Polaris Inc. is looking for a Project Analyst to help drive color and graphics programs for off-road vehicle platforms. This position focuses on keeping projects aligned with design goals, on schedule, and accurately documented. You will partner with a project lead and teams in engineering, manufacturing, and supplier management to coordinate work, track progress, and support product development from early concept through production.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage the day-to-day progress of color and graphics projects so requirements are captured and deliverables remain on schedule.
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier partners to keep activities aligned and timelines coordinated.
- Assist with graphics reviews from concept stage through approvals and design checkpoints.
- Raise and monitor part orders, including follow-ups to speed up components needed for mock-ups and development.
- Support decal development through the full lifecycle, including part setup, approvals, and release to production.
- Build and update bill of materials structures so product configurations and milestones stay current.
- Help validate new materials, finishes, and graphics while tracking risks and outstanding items.
- Prepare engineering change orders and the supporting documentation needed for release.
- Support pilot builds and help identify, record, and escalate quality or manufacturing concerns.
- Investigate problems tied to materials, tolerances, and color matching, and escalate issues when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts while adapting to shifting priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple assignments.
- Analytical thinking and sound judgment when solving issues and evaluating options.
- Effective collaboration across teams and levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate several workstreams at once.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- At least 2 years of experience in a business or technical setting supporting project execution or product development.
- Background in coordinating projects, handling schedules, and supporting multiple workstreams.
- Exposure to CAD systems and bill of materials management is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; familiarity with AS400 or PRS is preferred.
- This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary range for this Minnesota-based role is $68,000 to $90,000 per year. Actual compensation depends on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location. It is uncommon to begin at the top of the range.
