Project Manager

Role overview

This position is being recruited for a Haystack partner. The selected professional will lead construction-focused work tied to upgrades and modifications of existing infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on data center environments.

What you will do

• Oversee construction-related tasks involved in changing and improving existing infrastructure.
• Own the project’s scope, schedule, and budget from end to end.
• Manage projects aimed at improving data center resilience.
• Carry out electrical design work and related reviews for data center optimization efforts.
• Examine construction and project package drawings, then translate them into project scopes, RFPs, and capital requests.
• Maintain overall project quality, including building commissioning plans and supervising their execution.

What you need

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience managing vendors.
• Background working in a data center or another mission-critical setting.
• Experience in data center engineering or operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
