  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFIs, and tenders, then compare and review supplier quotations.
  • Perform supplier due diligence, including checks on quality, dependability, and service capacity.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and product or service specifications to secure the best value.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and keep communication clear on both technical and commercial issues.
  • Create purchase orders, track them properly, and ensure all supporting documentation is recorded in procurement systems.
  • Follow orders from issuance through to final delivery and confirm completion.
  • Oversee logistics activity, including shipment timing and delivery performance.
  • Ensure purchase orders are raised on time and procurement records remain accurate and current.
  • Monitor the PR to PO process and make sure it closes within required timelines.
  • Contribute to cost reduction efforts and procurement improvement initiatives.
  • Build, maintain, and regularly refresh the supplier database.
  • Manage tender activities in line with procurement policies and compliance requirements.
