Role Overview

The Quantitative Researcher will focus on developing pricing approaches, risk management methods, and agency trading strategies. The role involves working across the full lifecycle of strategy and product development, from early ideation through modeling, testing, parameter refinement, and launch support.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas, designs, backtests, and implementation plans for pricing, risk control, and agency trading strategies.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure strategy and model deployment is smooth, efficient, and adaptable to the trading platform.
• Contribute to every phase of new product development, including concept generation, quantitative modeling, risk assessment, and parameter tuning.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a quantitative researcher or quantitative analyst role.
• Master’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong academic performance, a quick learning mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems in a high-speed environment.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language or analysis tool; Python is the preferred option.
• Experience in hedge funds, mutual funds, trading firms, brokerages, or investment banks is an advantage.
• Exposure to trading data workflows and price forecasting techniques is beneficial.
• Machine learning experience is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of DEX trading is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills are required for collaboration with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
