Role Overview
The Regional Trainer will deliver clinical education and training to clients and internal teams across local and regional markets. The role includes workshops, conferences, and live product demonstrations.
In addition, this position will help clinics adopt the company’s portfolio by partnering with Key Account Managers. The trainer will identify learning needs, support product demonstrations, and contribute to business growth while making sure knowledge transfer remains consistent and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires coordinating with account managers to plan and run trainings, leading clinical sessions, and ensuring training content stays relevant and accurate. It also involves tracking training outcomes, sharing field insights, and supporting commercial objectives.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Plan and carry out training sessions together with Key Account Managers.
- Deliver clinical education, product demos, workshops, and scientific events for both customers and internal teams.
- Support account managers during clinic visits and demonstrations to strengthen clinical understanding and improve product use.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in MEDICA products, protocols, and treatment guidelines.
- Manage the complete training process, from preparation through delivery and follow-up.
- Encourage correct product application and combination treatment approaches during training to help drive revenue.
- Keep training content, materials, and presentations aligned with MEDICA standards and brand rules.
- Collect structured feedback from the field, identify training gaps, and spot new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to help execute business strategies and gather insights for future initiatives.
- Represent MEDICA at conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- Track market trends, competitor moves, and new developments in aesthetics to keep training content current.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio and the scientific principles behind it.
- Prepare monthly reports covering training activity, field observations, and client feedback for the line manager.
- Serve as a communication link between clinics, Key Account Managers, and technical teams to support smooth customer service.
- Contribute to company goals and help improve training processes.
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned by management.
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or another related life-science field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical training within the aesthetic medical device or injectable sector is required.
- Experience in hands-on clinical training, product demonstrations, and workshops for healthcare professionals is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full training cycle, including preparation, delivery, and post-training follow-up, is required.
