About the Role

Zeus Street Greek is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for one restaurant location in Baulkham Hills, New South Wales. This is a practical leadership position focused on delivering great food, excellent service, and a strong team culture.

You will guide and develop the leadership team, influence business performance through people management, and oversee the restaurant’s profit and loss. The role calls for someone who leads from the floor, maintains high standards across food quality and safety, and brings the brand’s energetic values to life every day.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome a range of backgrounds, but the strongest candidates will ideally have leadership experience in a busy, high-energy setting. You should also bring commercial awareness, the ability to spot sales and P&L opportunities, and the confidence to work with your team on practical solutions.

A history of delivering strong results against key performance indicators is important, along with excellent customer service and strong people, communication, and interpersonal skills.
