Role overview
This position is for an experienced retail support professional who can help improve AI chatbots by testing their responses, checking how well they reason, and identifying where they fall short. The work focuses on assessing model behavior and using your judgment to strengthen output quality.
What you’ll do
You’ll be assigned writing and editing tasks for AI systems, then review the generated responses to judge whether they are accurate, useful, and perform well. The role also involves spotting logic gaps and helping refine model output through careful evaluation.

The role calls for advanced ability in writing, editing, and language use. Strong research and fact-checking ability are also important. You should be highly detail-oriented and have excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Work style and engagement
This is an independent contractor arrangement. You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when you work. The work is done on your own computer, on your own schedule, from home.
Pay and payment details
Projects are compensated at an hourly rate starting from USD 25 to USD 30+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay. Payments are issued through PayPal, and currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal.

Only candidates located in New Zealand will be considered for this opportunity.
