Role overview
This opportunity is with a fast-growing open banking company that is expanding its presence in the UK. The business is building the next generation of payment solutions and is seeking a commercially focused Sales Development Representative to support growth across the UK and Europe.
The role offers exposure to a scaling fintech environment where your input will have a clear effect on results, and where there is scope to move into wider sales and business development responsibilities over time.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run outbound prospecting campaigns aimed at potential customers across a range of industries.
- Reach out to decision-makers through email, telephone, and LinkedIn to create new business opportunities.
- Review inbound leads, qualify interest, and conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements.
- Keep prospects engaged through the early stages of the sales process and arrange meetings for the broader sales team.
- Build strong knowledge of the payments platform and clearly communicate its customer value.
- Work closely with sales leadership in a dynamic and rapidly growing business.
