Key responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and the right decision-makers.
- Reach out proactively through LinkedIn, email, and phone using cold outreach methods.
- Run initial conversations and uncover customer needs.
- Assess and qualify leads, then book meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline documentation up to date.
- Keep improving sales performance and skills on an ongoing basis.
Candidate profile
We are looking for applicants who already have some exposure to B2B sales, such as an internship, working student role, or SDR/BDR experience. You should be highly comfortable communicating with people, driven by targets, interested in software and digital business models, and able to work in German at a very high level with solid English skills.
Requirements
- Initial B2B sales experience, for example through an internship, student job, or SDR/BDR role.
- Excellent German language ability at C2 level.
- Good English skills at around B1/B2 level.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of speaking with people.
- High motivation to achieve goals and succeed in sales.
- Interest in software, technology, and digital business models.

Compensation
The role offers a fixed annual salary in the range of EUR 45,000 to EUR 65,000, including commission. The stated earnings target is EUR 60,000 to EUR 80,000 OTE, and commission is part of the pay structure.
