Role overview
We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative to help expand B2B growth. In this position, you will create new opportunities, start valuable commercial discussions, and support the sales pipeline with well-qualified meetings. The role is focused on insight, curiosity, and business thinking rather than following fixed scripts.

Key responsibilities
- Reach out to key decision makers and lead purposeful, business-focused conversations.
- Learn about customer pain points, priorities, and commercial needs.
- Develop strong B2B relationships that convert into high-quality meetings.
- Spot and assess opportunities so KPIs are consistently met.
- Build market understanding and commercial awareness over time.
- Use multiple communication channels, including social selling, to improve outreach impact.
- Help maintain strong customer Net Promoter Scores by providing a dependable and professional experience in every interaction.
