Role Overview
RK Websoft Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven Sales Executive based in Vadodara. This is a field-facing position that requires travel. The position is suited to someone who is energetic, goal-oriented, and comfortable turning prospects into long-term business relationships.
What You Will Do
- Source new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and manage a healthy sales funnel and follow up on opportunities consistently.
- Study the market to find potential clients and spot emerging trends.
- Connect with prospects, understand their needs, and coordinate as the main point of contact.
- Present the company’s offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business.
- Work toward sales targets and help expand revenue.
- Partner with internal teams on solution design and proposal preparation.
- Keep sales records up to date and share pipeline and performance reports regularly.
- Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and networking gatherings.
Who This Role Suits
This opportunity is intended for candidates with a proactive attitude, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally. A background in sales or business development is preferred, especially in the IT or software space.
Preferred Background
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales tracking is an advantage.
