What you'll do

You will help the team stay organized and focused, without being responsible for managing people. Your main responsibility will be process support: checking in with developers about blockers, keeping task boards updated, and making sure feature requirements are written clearly enough for the team to act on quickly.

You will also help prepare and run weekly demos. That includes making sure the team is ready to present progress to the client and noting any feedback or requested changes during the call. The internship offers a close look at how a software project moves from requirements to a finished product in a professional remote setup.

What the role requires

The team is looking for someone who is highly organized, thoughtful, and comfortable working independently. Clear communication is important, both in writing and over video calls. A basic understanding of Agile ideas, or at least curiosity about how teams coordinate work, will be useful.

A preference for structure, attention to detail, and the ability to keep information accurate and up to date are important for success in this role.

Helpful background

Previous familiarity with GitHub and basic project management tools is beneficial. Experience with Kanban boards or organizing group projects in school will also transfer well.
