Site Supervisor

Role Overview

KAYRA DESIGN STUDIO is hiring a Site Supervisor in Dubai to oversee day-to-day site execution for interior and fit-out works. The role focuses on coordinating site activity, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring that construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily site operations, including subcontractors and site labour.
• Check that all work is carried out in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship quality, and site housekeeping.
• Share regular progress updates, issues, and proposed solutions with the Project Manager.
• Track incoming materials as well as how they are used on site.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Degree in Civil, Interior, or Architecture is preferred.
• More than 5 years of site supervision experience, specifically in Dubai interior or fit-out projects.
• Good technical understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors at the same time.
