- Strong written documentation skills, including preparation of assessments, therapy plans, and progress reports that are clear and well structured.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal abilities for building trust with clients, families, and co-workers, and for collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
- A clear commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development.
- Good organisational and time-management skills for handling caseloads, arranging sessions, and meeting clinical and administrative deadlines.
- Previous experience in community, school, or clinic settings would be advantageous, and paediatric experience is especially valued.
