Role overview
We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead the store with drive, resilience and a hands-on approach. The right person will be focused not only on results, but also on building a strong team culture and helping others perform at their best.
This position calls for a confident communicator who enjoys coaching people, strengthening relationships and creating a positive sales environment. A good understanding of store performance, activity and profitability is important, along with the ability to stay agile in a fast-moving retail setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the store team and create a high-performing, positive sales culture.
- Coach, develop and support team members so they can grow and succeed.
- Build strong working relationships with staff, customers and key stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure all areas are managed effectively.
- Drive customer engagement, sales performance and store profitability.
- Interpret plans and turn them into practical action for the team.
- Respond quickly to change and keep the store moving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Substantial management experience, preferably gained in a retail environment.
- Strong capability across all areas of store operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, influence and engage a team.
- Confidence in understanding plans and carrying them through to execution.
- Resilience, adaptability and the willingness to help drive change.
