Role overview

This full-time Supervisor position is based in Leighlinbridge, County Carlow. The role focuses on guiding a store team, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, and ensuring customers receive an excellent service experience at all times.

What you will do

• Lead and encourage the team so the store remains efficient and well organised.
• Set a positive example for colleagues and promote teamwork across the workplace.
• Maintain high standards in stock rotation, merchandising, and front-facing presentation.
• Support the induction, coaching, and development of team members.
• Handle customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in line with store procedures.
• Support new initiatives and adapt to updated working methods when introduced.

• Strong verbal communication skills.
