Telecalling Intern (EV Industry)

About the internship

This opportunity is for telecalling support in the electric vehicle sector. The role focuses on speaking with prospective and existing customers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to potential and current customers.
• Track up with leads and respond to customer questions and enquiries.
• Clearly communicate the company’s products and services.
• Keep call logs accurate and update CRM or data sheets regularly.
• Work with internal teams whenever coordination is needed.
• Hit daily call and follow-up goals.
• Support lead generation and broader EV business operations.
• Handle customer conversations professionally and resolve queries effectively.

Eligibility

Applicants must be able to work full time from the office, begin the internship between 28 June 2026 and 2 August 2026, commit for 6 months, and be based in Gujarat. Candidates should also have relevant interest and skills for the role.

Other requirements

• Previous telecalling experience is preferred.
• Strong spoken communication skills in Hindi and/or English are needed.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Ability to develop rapport with customers is important.
• The right candidate should be responsible, confident, and goal-driven.

Stipend

The internship offers a stipend of INR 20,000 per month.
