What you will do

Turn raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form videos.
Produce video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Enhance edits with captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and visual effects.
Shape videos to improve watch time, viewer retention, and overall engagement.
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop and execute creative ideas.

What the employer is looking for

Hands-on experience working as a Video Editor.
A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates editing ability.
Experience creating short-form social media video content.
Comfort using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Good understanding of current content trends and audience engagement tactics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
