Role overview
This position sits within the psychological health function at Concentrix, where specialists design, deliver, and assess wellbeing initiatives that support employee mental and physical health. The onsite counsellor will work with teams in Trust & Safety and provide direct support to employees in content moderation roles.
The role calls for a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist who can use short-term therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT). The work combines one-to-one support, group facilitation, case management, reporting, and close coordination with clinical leadership.
This is a Trust & Safety environment, so the role involves supporting people who may be exposed to harmful material including hate speech, violence, child safety issues, self-harm or harm to others, and animal cruelty content.
Key responsibilities
- Provide onsite individual counselling sessions for a range of psychological wellbeing concerns using brief therapeutic methods such as CBT, ACT, and MBT.
- Offer onsite coaching support and help employees build practical resilience plans to protect their health and wellbeing.
- Run onsite group and peer-support sessions that strengthen resilience, improve coping strategies, and encourage healthier workplace relationships.
- Lead creative wellbeing activities, including creative therapies, music-based interventions, and mindfulness sessions.
- Review cases for trauma linked to exposure to graphic or distressing content and escalate them according to protocol.
- Identify and respond to risks involving harm to self or others in a timely and appropriate way.
- Handle confidential case files and reports securely and in accordance with privacy requirements.
- Administer psychometric assessments for employees in the region.
- Analyse assessment results for patterns that may need intervention and contribute to insight reporting.
- Complete administrative work such as session tracking and case-note documentation within required timelines.
- Reply quickly to employee emails and messages requesting support, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain regular communication with clinical leadership regarding observations, risks, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Support safe working practices within the Psychological Health team.
- Attend monthly peer-support meetings with the Clinical Manager and regional colleagues.
- Follow the professional and ethical standards required by the relevant licensing and governing bodies.
Minimum qualifications and experience
Applicants should hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, or psychotherapy, along with an unrestricted current licence to practise in the country where the site is located. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in wellbeing or psychotherapy is required.
The role also requires experience working across cultures with sensitivity and confidence, the ability to build trust with employees, managers, and team members, and a background in delivering wellbeing or mental health workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
Strong data-handling skills are important, especially when managing sensitive information and session records. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent time management, prioritisation, professionalism, ethical conduct, and strong communication skills.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is essential. English at B1 level is considered an advantage.
Desired background
Experience in a Trust & Safety or content moderation setting is preferred.
