About the internship

This interior design internship offers practical exposure for a student or aspiring designer who wants real project experience in a professional setting. The role is with Next Step Talents Private Limited, a Kolkata-based manpower supply company that has been operating since 2018.

What you’ll do

Contribute to the development of fresh and visually appealing interior concepts for client assignments.
Work alongside experienced designers to build 3D models and create render outputs using Autodesk 3ds Max.
Join client discussions and presentations to present design ideas and gather feedback.
Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable materials, furniture, and décor elements for installation work.
Keep project records, files, and related documentation organized to support smooth day-to-day execution.
Track current interior design trends, tools, and techniques and bring new ideas into the team’s work.
Stay open to feedback and make use of learning opportunities to improve design capability and knowledge.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Kolkata, be able to begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Candidates should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in interior design.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 4,000 to 8,000. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of ₹3,000 to ₹6,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month.

Selected interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
