About the internship
WI THINKERS is looking for a Social Media Marketing intern to support its digital marketing efforts from a work-from-home setup. This role is a good fit for someone with strong written English and a keen interest in Instagram-focused marketing. You will work with a collaborative team of creative professionals and gain practical exposure to social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and campaign support.
What you will do
- Plan and execute social media approaches aimed at improving engagement and increasing website traffic.
- Prepare, refine, and schedule Instagram content that reflects the brand tone and connects with the intended audience.
- Track campaign performance through social media metrics and use the insights to guide decisions.
- Interact with followers by replying to comments and messages in a timely, professional way.
- Work with the marketing team to generate ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
- Keep up with current social media trends and platform best practices to maintain content relevance and appeal.
- Support related marketing work when needed, including content development, email marketing, and SEO-related tasks.

Stipend and structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 14,000 to INR 23,000. The pay is made up of a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
