Job Summary
The role involves coordinating influencer advertising efforts across major social platforms. The coordinator will help plan, run, monitor, and improve campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, while maintaining strong relationships with creators and ensuring campaign goals are met.
What You Will Do
- Plan, operate, and refine both paid and organic influencer campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and similar channels.
- Shortlist suitable creators and public figures by matching audience profile, platform fit, and campaign objectives.
- Serve as the main communication link between influencers and clients so that requirements are exchanged clearly and deadlines are met.
- Develop and strengthen the influencer network by onboarding new creators and expanding the internal creator database.
- Handle the end-to-end influencer campaign process, including briefing, content direction, review, approvals, posting timelines, and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with advertising and content teams to shape creative concepts and keep them aligned with brand messaging.
- Assist in producing and refining advertising materials used in influencer-driven campaigns and promotional activities.
- Compile campaign reports, key metrics, and account updates for management and clients on a regular basis.
- Monitor trends on social platforms, identify emerging creators, and observe competitor activity to inform campaign strategy.
- Interpret client goals, business priorities, and market benchmarks to recommend effective campaign approaches.
- Create clear operating procedures for influencer campaign workflows and ensure internal quality standards are followed.
- Coordinate with sales, creative, finance, and operations teams to keep campaign execution smooth.
- Take on other coordination and advertising tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills and good English proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising and influencer marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with major creator platforms and leading influencers across KSA and the GCC.
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing social media content.
- Strong ability to use Canva for producing polished, on-brand visual designs.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically in the Al Wurud District. The role sits within the marketing and advertising field and requires effective coordination across internal departments and external partners.

Salary
Compensation is listed as up to SAR 4,000 per month.
