Role overview
This position is focused on growing insurance business through a designated relationship or channel partner within a defined area or zone. The role involves influencing the partner to recommend insurance products to their customers and driving steady business expansion for Birla Sun Life Insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Generate insurance business through the assigned relationship or channel partner in the allocated geography.
- Build confidence with the relationship partner so they can effectively promote investment in Birla Sun Life Insurance to their customers.
- Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales support to both the partner and the end clients.
- Coordinate services with the team dedicated to managing the relationship.
- Work toward target achievement while also sustaining quarter-on-quarter business growth.
