Position Overview

The Area Visual Merchandiser is accountable for shaping and driving visual merchandising across a large territory, region, or country of stores.   • Run regular team meetings to communicate priorities, share market observations, give creative guidance, and resolve issues.

  • Refine floor plans and product zoning using sales patterns, shopper behavior, and market insights to improve engagement and sales.

Training and Team Development

  • Coach and develop Senior Visual Merchandisers and Visual Merchandisers through continuous training, feedback, and guidance on display methods, brand standards, and trend awareness.

Additional Responsibilities
