This opening is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who brings enthusiasm, lifts team performance, and succeeds in a culture that values people as much as results. What the Role Involves

• Partner with the Restaurant Manager to encourage, support, and direct a motivated team.
• Take an active, hands-on role across the grill and floor to keep shifts running smoothly and customers satisfied.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and deliver consistently excellent dining experiences.
• Help the team achieve performance targets and recognise successes together.
• Coach team members so they grow their skills across all station responsibilities.
• Oversee safety, quality, and day-to-day operations with care and accuracy.

Training and Career Growth

You will begin with an 8-week structured onboarding journey that includes leadership workshops and practical training designed to help you settle in quickly.
