What the role involves

• Take full responsibility for the store and make sure the customer and team experience is smooth and efficient.
• Coach, support, train, and lead team members.
• Promote excellent customer service standards throughout the store.
• Oversee store merchandising and presentation.
• Prepare food items and K Coffee.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store.
• Create sales opportunities for the fuel card team.

Candidate profile

• You should have at least 2 years of retail management experience.
• You need a track record of delivering strong results consistently.
• You should be able to guide a team to provide high-quality customer service.
