What You’ll Do

You will manage the full lifecycle of campaign production and execution for email and loyalty communications, while also supporting creative briefing, QA, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.   • Create and revise email mockups in Figma to match campaign structure, promotional approach, and audience segmentation.
  • Run the weekly Wall Walk meeting to align execution and finalize email mocks for the team, making sure the week’s campaign flow supports the customer experience and commercial plan.
  • Oversee subject line and preheader assignments from Creative Services, ensuring messaging is effective, accurate, non-duplicative, and designed to improve open rates and clicks.
  • Prepare email mockups for executive review for major promotional initiatives.
  • Write HTML email code when needed for customization, personalization, and layout implementation.
  • Coordinate creative asset collection and handoff so files are delivered on time and production runs efficiently.
  • Support email linking strategy in partnership with the Site team.
  • Look for ways to improve production workflows and operations through automation and AI.

Loyalty Campaign Execution

  • Work with the Director of CRM and Loyalty to keep loyalty campaign execution aligned with the program calendar and engagement strategy.

CRM and Loyalty Creative Briefing

  • Own the creative brief process for CRM and loyalty programs, turning strategy and calendar priorities into clear instructions for Creative Services.
  • Make sure briefs include the correct offer details, audience targeting, channel coordination, and brand requirements, serving as the final accuracy checkpoint before execution.
  • Partner with the Director of CRM and Loyalty to keep the campaign calendar updated and to ensure briefing timelines support launch dates.
  • Coordinate briefing across email, SMS, and loyalty touchpoints so messaging stays consistent across the customer journey.

Quality Assurance and Reporting

  • Perform thorough QA on all campaigns and loyalty communications, checking creative, links, tracking, segmentation, and personalization before launch.
  • Review campaign and loyalty results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, then share findings and recommendations with the Director of CRM and Loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to improve execution speed and channel productivity using performance data.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing, campaign production, or CRM execution, ideally in an eCommerce or direct-to-consumer setting.

  • SMS campaign execution experience is preferred, with Attentive experience considered an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.

Compensation and Notice

The annual salary range for this position is $71,000 to $85,000.
