Role Overview
Farro & Co is hiring a driven Associate Partner to act as a representative of the firm and support growth across India, the UAE, and Singapore. The role focuses on connecting with high-net-worth individuals and business clients, understanding their cross-border mobility needs, and recommending suitable residency, citizenship by investment, and golden visa solutions. You will play an important part in expanding both direct client relationships and intermediary partnerships while helping strengthen the company’s existing network.
Core Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients and convert interest into active opportunities in residency, citizenship by investment, and golden visa programmes.
- Assess each client’s objectives and align them with tailored global mobility solutions.
- Plan and execute sales approaches designed to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Screen prospects through early due diligence and source-of-funds checks to confirm fit and reduce risk.
- Develop durable relationships with wealthy individuals, families, and corporate customers.
- Act as a dependable advisor who delivers a smooth, highly personalised client experience.
- Keep clients informed about application status and programme updates throughout the engagement.
- Track changes in global mobility offerings, market conditions, and legal or regulatory developments.
- Share insights and suggestions with leadership to improve the firm’s service portfolio.
- Explore and build alliances with introducers and intermediaries to widen market coverage.
- Work closely with delivery and compliance teams to manage documentation and client requirements efficiently.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and prepare regular sales performance updates.
- Represent the company professionally at industry functions, conferences, and networking events.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, competitive environment. You should bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong desire to build a quality prospect pipeline, and the ability to handle complex consultative sales processes with high-net-worth clients.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience, preferably in residency and citizenship programmes, real estate, wealth management, or investment consulting.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to manage long sales cycles and engage effectively with HNWIs.
- Awareness of residency and citizenship pathways in countries such as Portugal, Malta, the UAE, and similar markets.
- Understanding of the financial, legal, and compliance considerations involved in investment-led mobility programmes.
- Knowledge of global mobility solutions, including citizenship by investment, golden visas, and residency programmes.
- Multilingual ability is preferred.
- Experience in markets such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Dubai, or Singapore is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related discipline.
