Backend Engineer Intern (Fall 2026)

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and keep backend services and systems running smoothly.

Requirements

• You should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or another related discipline.
• You need solid proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
• A strong grasp of core computer science concepts is required, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and databases.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments and backend development setups is important.
• You should have hands-on familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL.
• Understanding of system design concepts, distributed systems, and scalable backend architecture is expected.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and debugging skills are necessary.
• You must be able to communicate well, collaborate effectively, and work independently with ownership.
• A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and solving difficult engineering problems is important.
• Full-time interns are preferred.
• Part-time interns who can commit to at least 3 working days per week are also eligible.
